With the BLACKROLL® Multi Band (approximately 270 cm), functional movement patterns can be relearned by strengthening muscle groups as a whole and promoting coordination to protect the joints and maintain mobility. With multiple loops, the Multi Band can be individually adjusted for all age groups and performance levels, regardless of size and mobility.

Check the BLACKROLL® resistance bands for damage before each workout. Only use bands that are in perfect condition.
Start with less resistance until you master the exercise well, then progress to higher resistances and/or more repetitions.
Perform all exercises at a steady, slow pace.
Breathe calmly and evenly during the workout.
Exhale during the most challenging part of the movement.
Avoid forcing your breath.
Stop the exercise immediately if you experience any pain.
