The Shadow LV has been specifically designed for overhanging sport climbing routes and challenging bouldering problems. It features a lightweight last with strong camber and our sole rubber with exceptionally high friction values, which is shaped rather than stamped, similar to our forged carabiners. With this technical solution, we optimize the rubber and the edges of the shoe in terms of weight, consistency, and comfort. The Shadow is made from a durable microfiber upper and is bonded with an innovative combination of glued and molded high-performance rubber. The molded rubber parts are strategically placed in particularly stressed areas. The applied rubber streamlines the shoe and, combined with the other rubber layers, provides improved sensitivity and excellent grip for toe hooks. The tongue of the shoe utilizes our Engineered Knit Technology, which ensures additional breathability, better freedom of movement, and increased comfort. The minimalist midsole of the Shadow offers a high degree of sensitivity and the necessary camber for overhangs.
