The Kid's Momentum from Black Diamond is an ideal entry-level shoe for young climbers. The upper material made of elastic knit fabric does not pinch and is breathable, yet still provides good support. The shoe can be adjusted with a wide Velcro strap. The forefoot has a stable sole that offers grip on small footholds, while a microfiber zone in the midsole provides the necessary sensitivity. The rubber is molded from a single layer and offers good traction on both artificial and natural rock.
