The prepreg carbon construction and the surrounding ABS sidewalls of the Helio 95 enhance damping for a smoother ride, while the paulownia wood core reduces weight for long tours. The balanced flex and torsional stiffness of the Helio 95 ensure reliable and responsive handling during descents. The early shovel rise at the tip and tail improves floatation and facilitates ascents. The ABS tail protector features an integrated notch for ski skin clips to prevent the skins from sliding off.
