The Bern Weston Peak helmet is made using Bern's proprietary Zipmold construction, which consists of flight-weight, impact-absorbing Zipmold liquid-injection foam combined with a streamlined PVC micro-shell. A micro-adjustable Boa fit system, a luxurious inner liner, and air protection channels for goggles ensure a streamlined fit and solid temperature regulation.
