This set includes four resistance bands made from 100% natural rubber, which are extra tear-resistant and provide consistent resistance. The red band has a tension effect of 4 to 12 kg, the black band from 7 to 24 kg, the purple band from 16 to 36 kg, and the green band from 23 to 54 kg.
