Product details

Pirum, Latin for "pear," is specially designed for applications that require a bit more space. Whether used as a central carabiner or for thicker rope diameters, it's never too tight in the Pirum. Its anatomically shaped back allows it to fit naturally in the hand while providing excellent strength values of 30 kN. The larger-than-average gate opening protects the fingers and minimizes the risk of entrapment, even during fast clipping.

This is a 2-way autolock carabiner: turn and press! Please note that the carabiner is not suitable for HMS belaying, as the rope can untwist the pulley.
