A truly practical and extremely space-saving lat pull with weight plate holders (standard Ø 30 mm, optional Ø 50 mm with adapter). Excellent value for money - professional handling. Ideal for lat pulls in all variations, seated rowing, tricep presses, bicep curls, lateral raises, and many other exercises.

Extra low height of 2 m with upper and lower pulleys, featuring a footrest for seated rowing and body stabilization during lat pulls. Preferred execution of the lat pull - kneeling. The lat pull is very effective in a kneeling position and can be performed with significant weight. This allows for very targeted and correct training. The support tube provides easy yet effective body stabilization. Despite the low height, a full range of motion is achievable.

The pulleys are double ball-bearing, with a silky smooth and jerk-free operation thanks to precision glide bushings. The pull cable is made of steel, coated in plastic, with no loss of stretch. It is designed to be wall-mounted, not freestanding, and can support loads of up to 130 kg.
