With a width of 117 cm, this provides a comfortable training experience without feeling cramped. The 56 cm depth allows for a natural incline of the body during pull-ups without touching the wall. The tube diameter of 32 mm is ideal for a secure grip.

Rotatable 180 degrees for low ceiling heights:

The Multi-Grip Bar can be turned down for low ceiling heights. This allows the pull-up bar to be mounted at the highest point of the ceiling while still enabling a full pull-up to the chin.

Multi-Grip Bar versatile in use:

The design of the Multi-Grip Bar allows for the attachment of a TRX suspension trainer or punching bag without the need for carabiners. Due to the comfortable width of the pull-up bar, these can often remain attached and be used simultaneously during training.

Expansion anchors and screw set included:

6 high-quality metal expansion anchors (no plastic anchors) included. They allow for a secure anchoring but also for later removal from the wall.
