All components are designed to provide a significantly reduced material construction that is extremely lightweight, slim, and highly ventilated. The technical elastane stretch mesh main construction is highly breathable and retains its shape and structure while the protective plates stay close to the body when riding on uneven surfaces. It offers a versatile and customizable fit with a removable upper back piece for compatibility with the Bionic Neck Support (BNS). The plate design integrates an innovative, built-in grid structure that absorbs and dissipates energy forces during an impact through its cellular structure. All panel shells (back, chest, elbows, and shoulders) are made from an injected polymer performance blend for optimized flexibility and excellent weight-saving properties. The plates are ergonomically shaped to follow the natural curvature of the body and feature air channels to enhance airflow and prevent overheating.
