All components are designed to provide a significantly reduced material construction that is extremely lightweight, slim, and highly ventilated. The technical elastane stretch mesh main material is highly breathable and retains its shape and structure while keeping the protective plates close to the body when riding on uneven surfaces. It offers a versatile and customizable fit with a removable upper back piece for compatibility with the Bionic Neck Support (BNS). The plate design features an innovative integrated grid structure that absorbs and dissipates energy forces upon impact through its cellular structure. All panel shells (back, chest, elbow, and shoulder) are made from an injected polymer performance mix to ensure optimized flexibility and excellent weight-saving properties. The plates are ergonomically contoured to follow the natural curvature of the body and feature air channels to enhance airflow and prevent overheating.
