The Versatile Pro Mips is strikingly lightweight. This is intentional, as it doesn’t hinder you during the ascent to the summit or on descents through deep snow. The second prominent feature of this freeride helmet is its unique ventilation system. It provides as much fresh air as desired, ensuring that even on warm days and under maximum load, the head stays cool. Additionally, the ear pads can be removed for more flexibility during ascents or in spring. Mips is also integrated into the helmet to absorb rotational forces that can occur during an angled impact. To ensure that the Versatile Pro Mips stays securely on your head even during a tomahawk, but can be opened or closed with one hand, it features a magnetic Fidlock chin strap.
