The Apax Mips is an all-rounder in the off-road sector and is one of the lightest helmets in its category. The Run System Ergo Flex, combined with Hi-EPS and Mips, ensures maximum comfort and safety.
The adjustment system impresses with its delicate construction and secures the helmet evenly around the head in a 360-degree manner. A bicycle helmet cannot be adjusted more individually, smoothly, and comfortably. Another advantage for comfort is the removable padding. With it, you always have a pleasant wearing experience, no matter how hot it gets in the terrain. The low weight of the Apax Mips is achieved through Inmold manufacturing, where the outer shell is thermally bonded with the Hi-EPS. This results in a solid surface connection that is responsible for a very stable construction. The lower edge of the helmet is protected by an additional polycarbonate shell. Thanks to the Seamless Connection, it fits seamlessly to the outer shell. For maximum safety on rough trails, the back and temple area are extended downward, providing even greater head coverage. In the event of a fall with an oblique impact, Mips is designed to help reduce rotational forces acting on the head.
Large ventilation openings allow for optimal airflow, insect mesh keeps bugs away from the head, and the height-adjustable visor ensures additional protection in the field of vision.
