Application examples:

• Open fist: Place the finger trainer in the palm of your hand so that the narrower end is between the thumb and index finger. Position your fingertips on the buttons and press down evenly.
• Pinch grip: Place the thumb in the center of the ergonomic surface. The finger to be trained is placed on one of the buttons with the fingertip. Press the button down evenly.
• Closed fist: Position the narrower end of the Flex Trainer between the thumb and index finger. Place the middle joints of the fingers on the buttons and press down evenly until the fist is closed.
• Fingertip flexion: Place all fingertips on the buttons. Position the thumb tip in the center of the ergonomic handle. Press the buttons down with curved fingertips.
• Thumb press: Hook the narrow side of the handle into the inside of the curved thumb.
