Lack of information from 3rd party suppliers
It is a shame that Galaxus web shop becomes more and more like Amazon, where anyone can dump their product without proper description or specification, cluttering the offer, and yet Galaxus doesn't care at all to keep some standard of the offered products. There are at least 5 SKS Bluemels mudguards all marked for 28" wheel size, all with same copy/paste description and picture, all with different price, and there is no way to tell the difference. I would rather shop elsewhere then asking a question and waiting few days for an answer, which most of the time is not helpful. Dear Galaxus, please step-up your game and put some standards for your product description, otherwise all the marketing in the world won't matter when you market yourself to have thousands or millions products for everything. It just shows where you put the buyers in front of sales turnover...
