Bike shorts

I filter for bib shorts and get 80% non-bib shorts. I'd rather do without filtering completely and search through everything by hand - like I used to. AI could help, because it's almost impossible to make things worse.

Is there a pair of lined cycling trousers that you can wear over your jeans? For the daily ride to work in winter. They should also be waterproof.
