I have read on several bikes that the saddle cannot be adjusted low enough for people under 165cm. I am 156cm, what would be recommended?

Hello I am interested in a desk treadmill. The reviews often mention that the belts do not have a Swiss plug. Do I have to deal with this problem or are there treadmills that already have a Swiss plug?

It is important that the length of the footrests can be changed so that the radius of the circular movement can be adjusted larger and smaller. It is also important that the saddle is sufficiently soft. Does anyone have any ideas? As we offer free training for patients, we can only spend a budget of CHF 1000-5000 per device.
