Question about Ooni Fyra 12

I tested it at my place and wouldn't do it again. Some skittish neighbours might get the idea that your flat is on fire. It's not dense smoke, but a lot of smoke that suddenly comes shooting out of your balcony. Imagine a steam engine. In my case, flames even shot out of the top of the pipe for a short time.

I tried it out today (in agreement with the neighbour above me). Since the part gets hot in about a quarter of an hour and the pizza then really only needs about 1.5 minutes, the oven is only in operation for a relatively short time anyway. In my opinion, the smoke is not too bad, but you can smell it. You still have to find a solution for the soot. There's a big stain on the ceiling. I was thinking about sticking a fire protection blanket on the ceiling...
