No idea what a hysteresis is... but the temperature range can be set between +5 degrees to + 30 degrees - the accuracy is +/- 1 degree. I can confirm that about right, because I have this to control an inaccurate frost monitor and it works well and above all reacts quickly!
It can also be switched for heating and cooling.
