What is the adjustable temperature range? I am looking for a device that can also be used for a temperature around 40°C. I have already looked in the PDF, but unfortunately it only says something about 2 selectable temperatures LOW/HIGH for the presets. But what about the "Custom" option?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the temperature range either, but since the "keep warm" function works at 60°C, setting 40°C is certainly no problem...
