Question about Trisa Hydro Cool
What am I doing wrong? My unit doesn't cool anything. The only thing I have is warm, humid air. The cooling tanks are thawed out relatively quickly... Does the unit only cool with the cooling tanks?

Ice water + cooling elements + ice cubes needed - but even then relatively little happens there

The Hydro Cool is a fan that emits cooler air than a conventional fan with the "Cool" function and the cooling accumulators.
Despite the cooling function, the Hydro Cool should not be confused with an air conditioner.

Real air conditioners have an outdoor part and are connected to the flat with copper pipes. see link above. In our latitudes, however, the warm period is only short. Opening all windows at 3 o'clock in the morning helps.

It is a fan that at best cools down the direct draught by about 2 degrees. This can be subjectively pleasant if you are sitting directly in the air stream and it is really VERY hot - you cannot cool down a room with it. However, it is a long way from a "real" air conditioner - which is also in a different price range.
