Question about Philips FC9330/19 PowerPro Compact

We have had the hoover since February and it is not used often as we use a robot hoover for regular cleaning. The last two times we have noticed that it no longer 'sucks' properly. Although we have emptied the bin, the problem persists. What could be the reason or does anyone else know about this? Thank you and best regards
