Unfortunately, I have had no success so far in connecting the device to my Wi-Fi. The manufacturer's app always times out after 3 minutes, even though I have taken the following points into account: - Connection via 2.4 GHz network (I have prophylactically deactivated 5 GHz). - No special characters in Wi-Fi name and password - Restarted the router / rebooted the device The manufacturer's FAQ page offered me further help, which unfortunately did not lead to success. Has anyone had similar experiences? Or could you find a solution to the problem?
Same for me... The wifi symbol flashed when I first switched it on, but I couldn't do it again, even if I held down the fan symbol for 5 seconds!
I hear the beep after pressing for 5 seconds but the wifi symbol doesn't light up.

Unfortunately, we do not have any real empirical data on this. We have forwarded the question to our community and hope that a user can give some input.
This could also be a defect. You can simply register this in your customer account.
