Question about Ascaso Steel Duo PID
Unfortunately, I can't find any useful information on hot water dispensing: In your experience, can two good Americani (2xhot water draw+Espressi doppio) be drawn at the same time? Or is the water draw too slow or too cold (<85°)? I'm happy to do without my hot water kettle, but only if the quality is right. Thank you very much!

In my experience, this is not possible.
On the one hand, you cannot draw coffee/espresso and hot water at the same time because it is the same thermoblock (coffee/espresso and steam at the same time). On the other hand, the hot water supply is rather slow and the temperature drops after 100-150 ml.
That's why I still usually boil water to preheat cups and extend the coffee/espresso.
