Maestro Lorenzo Classic (Coop) with grinder setting Fine (this is the control above the brewing unit when you remove the cover on the right-hand side). Then set the bean setting to two beans. Generally, I can only recommend using the finest grinder setting, so the coffee has more flavour and is less acidic.
