This product is not compatible with the Kennwood Chef. The attachment does not hold? What do I do now?

Hello, I also have this attachment for the new Chef XL and it works. You have to press the attachment down properly and then turn it. Then it works and it holds. Which Chef model do you have? And would you like to test it again?
