Question about Melitta Caffeo Solo

These machines consist of an incredible number of parts, all of which can break. I had to dispose of my old TurMix because Turmix refused to give me spare parts. What is the situation with Melitta? Is that also a Tavora brand?

Helpful answer
The appliance is extremely easy to service, few Torx screws, everything is easily accessible. Mine is already a few years old, because I wasn't using a water filter, I had a calcification in the connection of the water tank. I was able to dismantle and clean everything in 20 minutes. Melitta spare parts are readily available on the market. The brewing units are mostly the same for the different types (system construction). There are also plenty of instructions available showing how to dismantle and clean the grinder.

My machine broke down after almost 5 years. According to the repair service, it was "irreparable" because the spare parts were too expensive. I got rid of it and bought a "Delonghi" from mbudget, which is running perfectly after all these years.

Hello, have been using the machine daily for 8 years, everything is fine, little maintenance and service. No repairs. However, everything is readily available. Can highly recommend it.

Only problem > you have to be careful when you take out the grinding/coffee unit is a bit tricky.
Otherwise no problem, runs perfectly > I still have a water filter in it as our water is very calcareous.
