Unfortunately, there is no such thing. I strongly advise against buying an air cooler, these devices are all worthless. The cooling power, if any, is only available in close proximity and only if the fans are constantly blowing at you. These devices are a technical illusion, because they add humidity to the already warm air. This is doubly unpleasant. You can save the money for that. I recommend a real air conditioner, which doesn't have to be in operation all the time, but at least it can cool properly. One of the cheapest models would be this one, it has a capacity of 8000 BTU (for comparison, the Coldtech Air Cooler model manages a paltry 205 BTU, which cools nothing down).
