No it does makes the food warm but it takes ages to warm it up, it took me around 30min at my desk to warm up rice with chicken und vegetables. If you do not mind waiting, go ahead. Otherwise I would go for a normal box and use microwave.

no, it does get warm but it takes time and depends on the food. I warmed up a stew, worked. If you want it fast, get a microwave but check on the internet whaat happens with the food once in the microwave. Set your smartphone to remind you an hour before lunch to warm the food and it will work.
