I'm looking for something very quiet. Is there a difference in noise level between the Climaexpert CoolAir Split 4.0 Super Silent and the Argo Ulisse 13 DCI? I saw in the description that the latter has a silent mode that can go down to 34 db. Does the Ulisse also have this mode?
