Question about Ooni Fyra 12

I ordered the original ooni pellets. Firing works, but the pellets refilled through the refill tube do not slide in; the fire burns up from below and compresses the pellets, which then clog. Even shaking the pipe or poking it does not help, the pipe remains clogged with pellets. So the heat always collapses after the first pizza, I've tried it several times. Does anyone have the same problem? Is it because of the pellets? Or should you not fill up to the top (although that is what the instructions say)?

I did NOT buy the original pellets (online, I don't remember the manufacturer). I also have the same problem, but only after several pizzas. The pipe itself is not the problem but the ash at the bottom. After a certain burning time, it has taken on a lot of volume and the pellets cannot slide down. What helped me was either a strong lateral blow on the stove itself (the ash slips and the pellets roll down again) or pushing the ash away with the help of a poker from my fireplace set.

I have tried it twice more. The pellets clog the pipe and do not slip. They can be loosened with a knife and pressed until they never slip. But it is tedious and the flame fluctuates extremely because the pellets do not slide evenly. After 2 pizzas, the flame was completely extinguished and i continued baking in the oven, which i will do again in the future. The ooni oven is a fun idea, but not practical.

I also bought the ooni pellets. Have only used them 2 times (to bake in the oven, and once baking 5 pizzas during about 30 minutes of oven time). Both times I filled to the top and did not experience jamming of the pellets.
