Almost no manufacturer offers hose extensions for such air conditioners. Extending a hose is certainly possible with a little tinkering, but the problems then arise with the waste heat that is emitted back into the room via the longer hose, so it is not optimal to extend connection hoses.

What would be a very good alternative, however, is the use of a Vornado room air circulator, which can then be

placed near the air conditioner and aligned so that the cool air from the air conditioner is transported over a distance of up to 25 metres. This is a very good way to use a room air circulator to quickly distribute cool air in a larger room. The fan unit can be swivelled and directed vertically upwards or towards the corner of a room ceiling, for example. The warmer air on the ceiling is thus very effectively pushed away.
