Question about Wüsthof Sharpening stone
I have the grindstone, but somehow it feels like the grit is the other way around for me. The 3000 feels much coarser than the 1000 when I grind.... is that possible?

With mine, 3000 (blue) feels finer, when touching and grinding. Not extreme, but definite.
