The combined sharpening stone 4451 from Wüsthof features two sides with different grits: the coarse side is for initial sharpening to remove imperfections, while the fine side provides a finishing touch that sharpens and professionally polishes the blade at the end of the sharpening process. Thanks to the excellent binding and open-pore structure of the sharpening stone, fresh sharpening particles are continuously exposed during sharpening, ensuring outstanding sharpening performance.
