Question about Bialetti Brikka
I have just bought this machine and am surprised to see that it does not match the one shown in the pictures above (the extraction nozzle is not the same, it looks more like a classic moka). Is this normal? Also, what is the difference between this Brikka and the Brikka "R (https://www.galaxus.ch/fr/s2/product/bialetti-brikka-r-4t-cafetieres-moka-8665286)?
The same thing happened. To be sure, I contacted Bialetti customer service. They modified the nozzle to be smaller but with the same result.
A nice froth is obtained, after learning to correctly dose the water, coffee and heat. A good ten tries for me.

The Brikka has a valve as well as a hole in the top lid, precisely to make an espresso with foam. If they are not there, it is a classic moka.
Same observation.... I have sent an email to customer service but to date no response
