I cleaned the brewing unit incorrectly (soaked it and later tried with some dish soap - both things you should never do!) and now, despite repeated cleaning attempts according to the program and even after inserting a brand new brewing unit, a crumbly-flaky, and after a few rinsing cycles, powdery mixture of coffee and silicone grease is stubbornly coming out of the spout. Who can help? At the moment, I am soaking the spout in hot degreaser tablet water, but I am limited by the connecting piece to the machine.
