I bought the jug new and have only had one filter in it for 3 months. However, the indicator does not flash red. What is the reason for this? When does the filter need to be replaced?
Strange, but in general it is recommended to change the filter every four weeks, even if it flashes green. When you tip the jug, does it flash green? If not, maybe the sensor is not activated. You activate it by pressing on it for a long time.
