Question about Sage the Smart Grinder Pro
I bought it for my Delonghi Dedica. Does anyone have a good tip for setting the time and grind size that works well with the Dedica?

The grind size depends on the beans used. It should be set so that the Dedica produces 36 - 40 g of espresso within 25 - 30 seconds. This corresponds to a double espresso (16 to 18 g of coffee powder). For a single espresso (7 to 9 g of coffee powder), only half the amount of coffee should flow through in the same time. These are the guidelines for a good espresso.
=> If the coffee flows too quickly (more than 40 g in 30 seconds), the grind size must be set finer. If it flows too slowly, the grind size must be coarser.
I currently use grind size 2 or 3 on the Sage, i.e., very fine.
