How often do you have to empty the tank with the condensed water at the bottom or top and is there a possibility to buy a hose to connect it? I find it very difficult even with that as the 2nd drain button is very far down.

Also, I can't connect the unit to the app, despite resetting the cooler.

In my experience, the plant does not have a proper tank and everything has to be discharged immediately.
