I've got a Finessa coffee machine which works well but not completely: I'd like to know if another user has the same problem as me.
When the coffee machine grinds the coffee, some of the ground coffee goes straight into the grounds container, so to speak, it overflows the filter!

We also had to send it back very soon after we bought it, but because the water was leaking out of the bottom. But it has been running perfectly for 3 years now. But try adjusting the grinding level (centre position?)
