Question about Stöckli Classic
Hello, Can you make meat fondues (Bresse, Chinese) with this stove? The information on the manufacturer's website is contradictory. Does anyone have any practical experience?
I only use it for cheese fondue. In my opinion, the flame is too weak for Chinese fondue and even weaker for Bresse fondue. A gas stove would be more versatile.
