Hello, today I got the freshness tins + the vacuuming device from Leifheit, the problem is that I can't vacuum the big one. The 2 small ones work fine, but the vacuum device pulls the big one into the empty space. Does anyone know the problem?
The seal seems to be intact and I have also changed the sealing knob with one of the smaller cans, but the problem remains. Is there anything I can do or return it directly?
