Hello, I ordered this toaster on 4 January and it says it is in stock. So why hasn't it been delivered? I ordered something else at the same time and it won't arrive until the end of January. But the toaster could be delivered or not?

This is probably because other items in your order are not yet ready for dispatch. You can activate a partial delivery in the customer account when you open the respective order, then all items that are already available should be dispatched.
