Question about Miele F 12020 S-3
Hello everyone, how is this unit delivered? By lorry, post or how, please? Can someone explain this to me in detail? Do I have to carry it into the flat myself? Thank you very much, S.
Swiss Post Cargo delivered the device directly to my front door (mezzanine floor, approx. 7 steps, relatively easy access from the street) at the beginning of June 2020. I only chose the standard delivery (bristle edge).
It was delivered to my door in 2018 via Swiss Cargo. I then made my way to the basement with the hand truck. It went well for me.
This is not a question regarding the product, but rather one for the help centre, for the future.
As this product weighs 11 kg, there is even a possibility that it will come by normal parcel post and yes it will most likely just be delivered to your doorstep, unless otherwise agreed, and not to your front door, with or without Corona.
