Has anyone found out how to turn off the annoying beeping? Online it says there is a button on the remote control, unfortunately no. What kind of light develops a super quiet fan that beeps loudly, please? #facepalm

Unfortunately, no. On the remote control, apart from the normal function keys, there is only the button to switch off the display illumination - at least.
But this beeping is really very annoying and loud. I hardly dare to operate the fan at night/change the settings. Especially as it beeps every time I manipulate it, whether on the remote control or on the unit directly. It would wake me up every time I pressed a button, luckily my husband is much less sensitive...
Nevertheless. The beeping, which cannot be switched off, makes the "quiet" fan loud.
I've had the unit since last summer and unfortunately, after a while, it doesn't run as quietly as it did at the beginning and cracks when I change direction, even though the inside has been cleaned and basically kept in good condition.

Ich besitze zwei solcher Ventilatoren und ein Piepsen ist mir nicht bekannt.

Vielleicht hilft dir dieses Vorgehen (war bei einem anderen Problem hilfreich):

1. Please run the fan at it's highest fan setting for 4 hours while oscillating. If can do this a few times it could alleviate the problem.

2. Turn off the power to the fan and unplug it from the wall. Leave it unplugged for an hour, this will reset the PCB board.
