Question about Philips 5400 series EP5441/50

Good day all Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? When I want to make a latte macchiato, the milk foam comes first and then only water. It does not grind coffee.

This sounds to me like an error in the logic (software) if the beans are otherwise ground with a normal coffee. Maybe do a factory reset?

Sounds like a defect to me. Call Philipps customer service, maybe they have a tip.
