Externally, the Moulinex has an OK quality finish on the base and the lid. I find the insert from the top into the lid disappointingly cheap. The knob is well dimensioned, but also looks cheaply made. The glass container, on the other hand, is of very high quality. Its weight is a bit of a challenge for lighter people, especially when rinsing. The blender has an extra mode for this. At the beginning, the blender smells surprisingly strongly of motor oil and is loud. This disappears after several uses. Compared to my predecessor, which cost twice as much, it convinces with an exceptionally creamy, airy consistency in smoothies. It also processes more demanding masses with ease. In Germany, by the way, the same appliance is sold under the brand name KRUPS, in case anyone is looking for test results.
