Does this product have a programme to delay the start of cooking? So that, for example, cooking only starts after 6 hours?

You can programme a time at which the rice should be ready. This can be a maximum of 13 hours in the future.
The internal clock is powered by a button cell, you only have to change the summer/winter time yourself.
