Question about Kenwood Drum grater KAX643ME

I would generally recommend the right adapter. I use the grater primarily for carrots and potatoes. I am very satisfied.

The KAX643ME drum rasp needs the correct adapter to fit the machine. You should only use the right Kenwood product. For my old "Chef" I had to buy the KAT001ME adapter, which cost a fortune (19.70). But it's a pretty wobbly thing and the graters work, but are a disgrace to Kenwood as they are pretty blunt.
