Question about Kisag Professional
Does anyone know whether lactose-free full cream also sets in the cream whipper? Whipping lactose-free full cream takes longer with the mixer than with normal full cream.

Yes, we only use 2.5 dl of full cream per capsule and always shake well before use. Then it works.
It would also work with half cream, but you have more success with full cream.
this cream whipper even makes soup frothy :)
